Each bonsai is carefully packed in a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives well protected.
We package our bonsai with 99% plastic-free materials. The paper and cardboard we use are FSC-certified and easy to recycle. This way, we deliver your bonsai with as little impact on the environment as possible.

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day.

From the moment your bonsai is delivered to your home, you are covered by a 60-day guarantee period during which we will help you care for your bonsai. If you order before 08:00, the products will be delivered the next day. Parcels are not delivered on Sundays. You can see the current delivery date under the product image. If you would like the parcel delivered on a specific date, you can let one of our colleagues know.
